Muddalib: Top right of #11, below the logo. It's also in #2. The original design uses it, yes, but it's still copyrighted. CH: Do you (and therefore we) have permission to use the logo?

We have suspended this contest holder's contests as they are having problems post Hurricane Ike. They have said they will resume the contests when the worst is over.
please consider every design as a template ..nothing is sold here yet and definitely client can have asked for changes in that header images. so no issues for copyrights right now

CH: I've posted some samples of code on my designer entries page, to show what I can do. It's all valid, of course, but if you want to test it copy and paste what's inside the dashed lines (---) into a validator.
Remember, don't copy and paste the dashed lines themselves, just what's between them, and copy and paste, don't try to validate the page the code is on, that website is a pastebin and the site itself is not my code, just a place for people to put pieces of text such as the bit that is my code.

Also, what about the usage of the Google logo in the current design, #2 and #5? I'm quite certain it's copyrighted and trademarked. Have you checked that it's either legally considered Fair Use or that Google license their logo in such a way that it can be used on the site?
