Hi all! Thanks for participating in this contest. It has been fun! I will have to sit down with the team and select the winner. That won't happen inmediately because I'm at the hospital with my baby who had surgery yesterday. I'll be contacting you very soon!
Actually, after seeing some of the designs, I feel there are already plenty of great designs to choose from. My votes are on sk3tch, awesome design you have.
Hope you enjoy your new design :)
Hello Joey;
I will be entering a design within the next few hours. I apologize for the late entry, but have just recently discovered this content.
Regards,
Derek M.

i'm trying this, looks cool so far as i could understand out of the briefing. u will see my entry soon :)
I had a meeting yesterday with my team. We still haven't select a winner yet and we are extending this contest for 1-2 extra days.
In yesterdays conversation, guys want to see an apple.com version. Here are the links they used as reference:
http://www.apple.com/itunes/
http://www.apple.com/support/
HINT: Try to use icons with reflections, tabs with glossy/shiny effects. Have you seen iPHONE screens? Something like that!
Althought the content is incorrect, Bakhtiar Zien is the closest one to what we are looking for in terms of structure and composition so far. Keep up the good job people!
Imagine the whole application as a cool navigational gadget (like a nagigational iPOD with multiple screens), where you can find X Device(s), zoom the area, check status, create reports of specific DEVICE, re-configure device, send alerts, minimize screens, etc. Imagine it!
WOW! I'm speachless. I thought that more people were going to participate on this project. It's sad to see 490 views and only 11 entries (which 5 were deleted by contestants). Really dissapointed at the moment!
Hi all! I added a few more details about the application. I also extended the contest. Now you can concentrate in details.
Alright, I will start working on it soon!
Thank you for the quick response
C'mon Guys, no entries yet!
The money is for sure! I won't abandon project! And the guy who wins it will probably work in all my upcoming projects. I know the description is a little vague but believe me, I wish I can give you more details but I can't. So be creative and imagine what the application is for. Put whatever you think the content will be.
By the way, what I'm asking you here (Google Earth kinda interface) is just a part of the whole application. I'm in charge of re-designing the whole application so that gives you an idea of the importance of this project.
Now with your questions:
Q: So is the "skeleton" file you provided what's needing skinned, or is it something else?
A: Yes! The skeleton I provided is what I need skinned.
Q: Will this be an application (as in an .exe) or a 'run-through-web' program?
A: Its a web based application, not an .exe
Will this be an application (as in an .exe) or a 'run-through-web' program?
I believe I will put in an entry later today - it is one of the more interesting contests here so look forward to my entry!
Thanks,
edmonds
So is the "skeleton" file you provided what's needing skinned, or is it something else? I'm willing to give it a shot, but the description is a little vague.
