    Ok, 1st I'm not even sure what I'd do with a PSD file, 2nd I think i've said what I could:

    The one by Allan is ok, but a little "empty" looking. As far as the one by Paradigm:
    Looks pretty good, could we maybe find a different girl, also I'm not sure how to code that header so if I accept it I'd also need to know the code for the header.

    Description

    please view the site as it is now and improve upon the basic design. I am really looking for something that will influence users to register and post ads. speedwaybids[dot]com
    Wants

    * clean
    * yet in your face
    * professional
    * a good sales pitch
    * I came to you for help, you tell me what I need as I obviously don't know

    The primary color should be red with white maybe as the background and subtle yellows to accent it?? Also if that could be offset with greens for go colors? I'm not sure but I want something that is appealing to a broad audience and builds confidence through colors and professionalism. I did the current design and it is lacking....although my friend seems to think my design is as good as any of yours so far, IMO I don't agree but he was very adamant.

    It's going to be hard to get what you want if you don't give us feedback to go on. It's the least you could do after we spend hours trying to design something for you.

    42rumbler, if you click on the thumbnail, it will take you to a full-size view of the graphic.

    No coding would be ok, but if that's the case I'd expect a little more than what I'm seeing (at least a full page for me to study and the graphics, right?) ;p The one by Allan is ok, but a little "empty" looking. I hope somebody will step up and win this!!! For anybody that wants to try I'd like to see something a little between Allan Collins and Liluwa's designs, with less white space and a car instead of a bike. I WILL pick a winner if somebody impresses me, maybe even before the contest is up.

    Currently there is no real coding category here at 99designs.
    Check out the prizes page: http://99designs.com/help/prizes

    You will see that a one page design only starts at $250 per page (no coding html/css or php etc included).
    You would need to hold the contest for the design only and if the designers submitting designs are also coders, then you would need to negotiate to have them code the page for you at an extra fee. If the designer submitting a winning entry *does not* code (many here don't), then you would need to find a coder elsewhere I'm afraid. Look at the SitePoint 'Looking to hire' section and you may find a coder there for the price you are willing to pay.

    I'd like to be clear, when I said no coding I meant no PHP coding, I'll do that, but the basic html/css would be required.
