Agreed Colourworks, Oprinesc Olimpiu comment was very disrespectful. Better to keep those comments to yourself and come up with a great design to impress the contest holder. :)
i find it a shame that too many designers at 99 designs ,spend there time complaining instead of getting on with what they know best"DESIGNING"try and remain professional at all times instead of dragging your fellow designers and contest holders through the dirt
not many original designs... extend the contest 2-3 more days, maybe something new comes up :)
It's sad that Alex and Rob don't have unique vision of what they want, and therefore waist our time here. Don’t know why Rob is giving opinion, when Alex doesn’t respect it?
We're really liking the "slide show" widgit where you have an image area that flips between images, and provides a little UI to let people go back. There's a very useful (although not that elegant) implementation at www.rhapsody.com, and a more elegant version in the Rhapsody client. Designs 30 and 83 are good moves in that direction.
we think "raw" coffee beans look too "christmas-like", in general, so be cautious. The analog between raw beans and raw grapes is intelligent, but if it ends up looking like holly berries....

I don't think we have any fundamental problem with using a template, but I doubt that typical templates are going to give a sufficiently unique character to "win".
'Course we don't know what good design is, Kreativa. Like most business arcologies, our sole value-add to the design community is that we have the money.

using templatemonster stuff is illegal, if you don't know than too bad but your lame excuses won't help yuou... "ignorentia iuris nocet"
I see the contest holder don't really know what good design is, so it's better to go somewhere else than waste our time here.
