I could do a pre-fabbed Wordpress theme on this....
BUT....will have to wait for the next round, I don't think this contest will not finish.

With the Wordpress You could add and delete your Cars as you want.

Anyway, You basically want us to "copy" the other website, just change the colors? and add in the items you mentioned.
I don't think it's a good idea to rip off another website.
Do you have some images, which I can use for design?
For example some big photo of automobile for promo.
You have the coolest job I have ever seen but thats besides the point. I was looking over the brief and are you looking for a design for the homepage or are you looking for a fully coded site? I am a graduating college student with a bachelors degree in web design and development and I am very interested in your project. $250 dollars for a complete site is very low and to be completely honest I would be surprised if anyone enters your contest, Also 99designs does not do coded sites they are strictly designs. Please let me know what your are looking for and if you are looking for someone to possibly code please send me a pm or if you are looking for just a design I am also very interested.
