Hey Guys!I will no longer be wanting a workout of the day/calendar. I believe that the day to day updates would be too much to maintain with my daily schedule.
Dove designs has put up a great template and I love the look as it is very appealing. As dove designs as our model I would only get rid of the practice notes/weekly schedule notes, calendar, daily practice session, practice notes on the main page.
The links at the top that I'd like to see are:
Home, About Us, Exercises, Workouts, Performance (replacing Fitness), Nutrition, Wellness, Ask a Coach, Store, Affiliates, and Contact.
Due to this change up I will be awarding the winner a pay increase!!!!

I like these sites because of their three main attention getters. I.E. Change.org has 3 featured articles and NavySEALS.com has three links to gear, fit, smart. Also, for their many other smaller icons below linking to other pages.
