Guys sorry it took so long the Client took longer to choose than expected.
Sorry its taking so long to get a winner guys... Crazy around the office lately and 3 people have to make decisions on this.

Do you have to make a Nav Bar?
No, I think I can put a text based nav somewhere although i would like to see where you think the nav should go. just some dumb links would work.
but if you would like to put a nav bar please do. I am open to every design. so i don't want to give a definite yes or no to this.
Do i have a Preferred sytle?
I do not. This is my first site of this style so I'm not to sure of what i'm really looking for. I just know it needs to be clean and professional for the lawyers and a bit edgy for the EU that will be searching the site. I don't want to stunt the creativeness of someone by saying this is my style and then everyone design like that. but as i find things i like from this contest i will let everyone know.
