Requirements
We need a classy design for our physician. He uses the latest technology to treat prostate cancer and the site needs to reflect great professionalism. NOT CODED, JUST PSD at the outcome of the contest. If you know/work with Joomla thats great, we may need you to convert it as well. If not its no big deal. We really only need the PSD design.
