@Anthony: I hope it's not too late for me to give it a try with a design solution. Hope I can make it till the end of the contest.

Please, won't you rate with stars so we know if we should start over or keep on going on with the same layout?

I want to make clear that I do not contact the contest holder, he contact me asking my msn. And I give it to him, because as I say earlier, I was convinced that he already pick my desing and want to be sure that the desing was 100% orginal, and in a layered PSD before declaring a winner as has happen me in previous contest I.E:In one contest a CH pm me, asking if the desing was a fully layered PSD before declare me winner, and yes, he could do that on the comment of that desing, but he didn´t, and I don´t think that its wrong in any way. In msn, he start to ask me little variations and I think that maybe he want quick feedback to get the desing as closest as its possible to what he want before declaring the winner, and I agree, because it wasn´t anything (not even general feedback) but very precisely tweakining of my desing. But after that, he start whit the "1500 its to much for the entries in this constest" comments. Honestly, I get the feeling that he want to get a "disscount" (and again, had the msn conversation that proves that any person would feel the same way). Because, what its the point of asking, some many revisions and then say, "mmmm I don´t know for 1500 we expect a VERY decent layout"? Well he don´t get a disccount, and I withdrawn all my entries, because I feel that somebody try to bribe me, and I dont like to be bribe, and I don´t want to be part of a contest which such a CH not for 1500, nor 15000.
In the other hand, I just receive an apollogy PM for the persons who claims (and I say claim because its impossible for me to be sure that wasn´t the Dr. Jekyll part of the same person)be the person behind the Curlz account. To be completly honest, in msn, the persons who spoke with me, say that he was not Curlz31 but his co-owner AND the people in charge of this desing, thats why I reffer to him as the CH.
Also, in the apollogy PM, this persons says that he liked a lot my desing, but he has to agree with he´s co-owner. And im saying this because the "co-owner" says me in the msn that "none of the entries worth 1500" so I dont see the point of keeping this contest open, unless they or he, want to make and arrangement under the table.

If that is true, he shouldn't be allowed to post here. these designers are working hard to great designs for you. If either of you are not happy with the designs, say so within the main comments area.

Also, it goes against the contest rules to run the contest via PM - it should all be done via the contest area. Designers are now allowed to contact contest holders unless to ask specific questions related to the contest - this is try and avoid under-bidding, designers offering to do designs for half the prize money etc.,

This contest and the behaviour of the contest holder (if there is a partner, and he is posting here, then that includes both of you) should be reported.

Trying getting the quality of entries submitted here already from a freelancer in the open market for the prize you are offering here....

Definitely unprofessional conduct !

Im want to every entrants know that the CH contact me trought PM, ask my msn, and asking many revisions (which I did because I was thinking that he already pick my desing) and then he say this to me (I save the msn conversation just in case):" mmmmmm...i don´t know
i dont know....to be honest, we have been very dissapointed by the standard in this contest....not saying yours in particular...just overall...i mean for $1500 we expect a VERY nice layout..." and then tell me that my layout worth 300-500. Of course I never offer him to take those 300-500. He also say that he contact JapE and Gratus, but I don´t know if thats true, but in the other hand he say this "we were planning on waiting for it to finish...see if anything else is added that might be good...and then if nothing good still then contract a designer who entered to make another from scratch" When I say that I will not waste more time in my contest he say that I should give him a "blowj..."
