Pathway Developments is a custom home builder in Tucson, Arizona. Their homes are distinctive, stylish, and are top quality. We need to redesign the current website to better reflect the style and quality of the homes they sell.

Our main goals for the redesign are to create at HIGHLY visual new front page that showcases the various communities, and new navigation that engages the visitor and makes it extremely easy to find community information.

The Header, Background, and Footer can stay the way they are. The design area should be 770 pixels wide. The menu front and interior page designs should be well suited for CSS, especially the menu. The menu should be designed in a way that will be easy for us to build out and change regularly.

We want 2 pages re-designed:

Front Page - http://www.pathwaydevelopments.com
The goal here is high impact, with a nice Flash area, and a VERY nice way to navigate the communities. Front page must also include a Request for Information, the existing header and footer, and the following Main Menu items:

-Olsen Communities
-The Fountains at Sky Ranch
-The Fountain Estates
-Aldea Del Rey
-Placita Escondida
-Stone Crossing
-Communities Map
-Home

The goal here is to make the menu MUCH nicer and simpler to navigate. The community pages should have a sub-navigation on the side or at the top with the following the following:
-Floor Plans
-Location
-Print Info
-Request Info

The page layout is going to stay the same as it is now, just the interior navigation needs to be reworked. This can look the same as the front page, but must include the community sub-menu.

This package has numerous photos, their logo, and the background picture used in the website. If you need something else, let us know.
