RedTomato - you may have missed that we no longer run a coded website design category in our contests. The coded category has been dropped from our listing, as it is a category that has its problems for many reasons - as you may deduce from some of the comments. As your contest will end in 2 days - we will let this one go through.
Not sure twillingham, I've reported the contest, now it's up to Admin Staff to see what happens.
Nadida, does this mean that the contest will either be ended or reset? Will I have to resubmit my submission?
Thanks.
I certainly agree with rodrigo on all counts here. At this point in time, there are no contests for 'coded only".

How can you pick a winner for the coding portion only? It would probably go to the one that finishes first and is willing to work for $35 per coded page (which is what it works out to in this case)....
and yes twillingham, I know that people don't have to enter for the prize money on offer, but as I already mentioned, this type of compensation does nothing but devalue the work of coders who produce good/clean quality work. (and I'm not saying that you don't produce such work either by the way :-)

Until such time that 99designs has a category for 'coding only', this should be submitted to "looking to hire' section of the main Sitepoint forums
http://www.sitepoint.com/marketplac…egoryid=19.

I will be reporting this to Admin to see which direction they want to take on this contest.

do you accept Western Union?!!
Rodrigo, I do agree with you, it's worth more. Oh well. Time to get back to work for me.
@twillingham
It is not that I'm not satisfied
I have experience in this area and I know what it takes to code 7 pages.
If you're not experienced or really don't care, that's not my problem.
I just suggested the CH.
Rodrigo, if you're not satisfied with what they're offering, don't do the contest.
Would you be able to pay by check?
do you accept Western Union? I can finish this in less than a day.
$250 is not enough to code 7 pages
Shouldn't this be listed at 'coded'? or better, looking to hire?
Anyway, I'll take a look
I will begin on this immediately!
