We are starting a new custom luxury home builder focusing on infill’s in the trendy areas of Calgary. Homes range from 750,000 to about 1,500,000 in range. We do build on average 4-6 spec homes a year and also have the ability for custom homes. Our homes feature high end finishing, custom woodwork, granite, heat bathroom floors, etc.
Cruz Custom Homes
Our average consumer is younger professionals 33-40 or older couples 50+. We do 95% of our work in the communities surrounding the downtown core and most of our customer work downtown or do not enjoy living in the suburbs.
