I don't think it is malware... Maybe they messed up their site. The site is charitywater.org
I also like the style of thebuzzlab.com Or mailchimp.com, though we want to emphasize our video a bit more.

We're looking for a 'bright' design. Try to use white/light backgrounds. In addition, consider these changes:
+ Top links should be "About the cause | Why join? | Join the cause | About us | Contact us"
+ Change steps to be 1-3 instead of 1-2: Make content: 1. Sign-up to wellFounded 2. Tell us about your company 3. We promote your brand and donate your money
