It is not very clear to me. Please explain little more in detail.
I have got your 4 ipad images.If there is any modification you need please reply. And the design i sent to you ,it'll run on ipad or android nicely. When you'll code it that we'll do it along with Ipad or Android easy navigation feature as you shown in your recent images.
Please don't bother for that.
This design basically for laptop or computers but you can open the site in mobile also.
Rest of things as you says can be done at the time of its coding.

I've added totally new iPad designs -- but they shouldn't affect website design/functionality that much, as I redesigned the iPad app without thinking about website translation (whereas my first designs were made to work identically -- almost -- on an iPad and a website)

(When I say buy tab, I mean the page that comes up when "buy" is clicked)
Everyone, the "buy" tab is probably the most important tab. It might help to focus on that one first, then match the style of that tab to other tabs.

Maybe the tab specific menus on the designs I've provided should be on the left side of the screen, and the tabs themselves should be the only thing on top... Dunno...
