To further comment. We only require the most important Landing/Splash Page, and ONE secondary sub page which will be very similar in design for all the sub pages. This contest is only for the MAIN PAGE and ONE SECONDARY PAGE design example.
Hello -
The landing page shall be very simple with only two options. "Our Company" and "Our Division" and a tag line built into the design. When one of the two options are clicked, then a drop down may occur showing the related sections within "Our Company" and "Our Divisions".
Once you are in the Sub Page, we require simple navigation without any guesswork. If you are in "Our Divisions" - we would expect those divisions to be listed on the site for a single click to get you there. We would also like to see an "Our Company" link with those choices listed somewhere else in the page.
The above would be inverse if you clicked "Our Company". The links for our company would be listed with "Our Divisions" with links somewhere else. Both of these examples can mirror each other.

Before I start on your project, I'd like to understand if you need a design for the homepage and a navigation frame or a design for each of the dozen pages that appear in the flowchart.
