I've just confirmed with the client - #6 is the winner - congratulations Nadia.
Just for those others who entered - the client also really liked #16/#17 by Aztech, and #21/#22 by atularora. It was a close run thing as they are a husband/wife team, and one really liked one design, the other really liked the other, and finally both agreed on #6 :)
Hello all! Preliminary feedback from the client indicates that they are leaning towards #6 by Nadia P - which will make it two out of two for Nadia's entries into my contests if they confirm!
Once again, I want to thank everyone for entering - I was thrilled with the variety in my first contest, and just as pleased with the range in this one.
When I have confirmed the winner with the client, I will award the prize.

Wow, that'll teach me for being busy the last few hours of a contest! Thanks to those four or five entrants today - I will be forwarding your designs on to my client, as per the rest of them.

#18 submitted by Vaibhab Kanwal is a template from template monster. I can't remember again what number it is, but I am 100% sure that I have seen it before. He is a new member and he already has submitted another template here.

Please look into this and see what you can do. Thank you. I am doing this for all the hard-working designers that are getting ripped off by some lazy bums.
Additional suggestion - if you're going to put a dummy phone / fax number / email address in there, please use 03 6300 1234 and info@rapidbuiltkithomes.com.au. We all know it's just placeholder text, but we also all know that clients ALWAYS seem to pick up on tiny details like that!!
I will know (for next time) to provide some dummy address / contact details :-)
