Brief Summary

This is a web page design for a New York City (Long Island) bankruptcy attorney. The goal is to be unique and stand out among the competition. An Internet user will search several sites but remember this one.

This contest is for the design only. We will want a layered PSD file at the end of the contest.

NO CODING NECESSARY - SPEND ALL TIME ON DESIGN!

Brand Name

Long Island Bankruptcy

Description

Re-design www.longislandbankruptcy.com.

The site design should be nothing less than fantastic.

Many legal websites are "cookie cutter" or ordinary - all the same layout - please use the entire medium and don't do anything "normal". No ordinary photographs like gavel, courtroom, constitution, etc.

This is an email from my client: ...themes of lack of money, pressure, anxiety, being overwhelmed and harassed. Can we incorporate and manipulate images to show the problem and bankruptcy as a potential solution? Symbolic images that may connect with our themes are: a life preserver, a pencil erasing the words debt, an aspirin saying “debt relief”, a house made out of money that’s blowing away, a maze, a vise that is being closed, walls of a room closing in, an avalanche or a towering wave of bills, an empty piggy bank, a man emptying his pockets, a car running on fume, phones ringing off the hook with bill collectors, bill collectors with megaphones shouting for payment, squeezing blood from a stone, Godzilla or King Kong as debt or as debt collectors, the bankruptcy attorney as the “doctor” curing the financially sick client, bankruptcy as a fresh start with the formerly messy client now looking “clean” of debt.

I have uploaded a zip file that contains yellow page ads, the client logo and photos to give an idea of what my client is looking for.

Here are some more pictures you can use for the design.

The client wants to use the "entire medium" - he feels a website is between a print ad (limited by colors, size, paper, etc.) and a television ad (vibrant color, motion, sound, able to really stand out, minimal limitations).

Disclaimer: We hold the right to not claim a winner. If a winner is chosen, payment will be made as soon as the final version of the design is approved by the client.

All files and copyrights transfer to Axis Creative Group upon payment. Unfortunately, this design will not be able to be used in the winners portfolio. Exclusive rights transferred to Axis Creative Group. Sorry :(
