the form can also be vertical. no need for the middle initial, or the suffix. First name, last name, birthday, email.

What about George "Washington" driving a convertible in the graphic? Not important, thought it might be funny. Probably too much work for the size of the prize, it just came to me.

I like the cleanness of #4, it just does not serve the function of an auto loan site. #4 looks more like a dealership site. Something clean with IMPACT like #4 with auto loan functionality would be great. REMEMBER that the form needs to be visible from the top of the landing page so that the user does not have to scroll down to see it. It also needs to be in a way that on other pages of the site, i can have the form and different graphics or other page content. Or if the header was bigger, the form could almost be part of the header banner...

Try to do something "outside the box". If I was looking at 10 Auto Loan websites, what would make me stop at this one and apply for a loan?

The text from below the credit help and military loans icons will not be on the home page. the designs to need to have enough room for the other paragraphs, and an area for an rss feed of blog article titles.

You are exactly right. A psd file that will convert to Html/css format. The actual site has a lot of php, but I am just needing the design.

What format do you want this design to be in? If you have programmers that will handle the HTML coding for the site, then I would think that you were looking for a Photoshop file that can be converted to HTML-style format. Please advise.
