Following my previous comment, I am canceling this contest and I am going to reopen it after a short period with better specifications.

I think that I havent organised this contest well.
May be is the language problem, the URL that wasn't working, I was not specific enough and/or may be the prize is not high.
I am thinking to close this contest and open it as a new one after a few days with more complete specifications and may be with an adjusted prize.
Please give me your comments on this.

1) I published the RGBs of the color scheme since the link I put wasn't working.
2) Regarding your entries the header should have some functionality, if is possible to fit login area there do it. If you can blend pictures in it do it. But don't put extra pictures under it because it occupies important functional space.

I didsomethingwrong itseems with the color palette.
The problem is that i am away from office until sunday night. Try to use the header background in any scheme generator and it will be an acceptable scheme for us.
