Good questions - thank you for asking for clarification. I've now updated the main listing with the following:
I am looking for a home page with a single, simpler page which can be used throughout the site. All I need is a template design to which I will add all the necessary text. No other elements, for example forms, are required. These will be added by me.
I really have no specific ideas for the site, except that it should be visually appealing and stimulating. I know this is vague - once I have seen a few draft designs I can be a little more specific.
Generic images are fine for sites about no specific place or destination, but I think for sites like yours, actual photos of the location would be beneficial. Will you be able to provide any?
May I ask first? Would you mind clarifying what 'site design' means to you.
For example; do you mean you wish one single layout that you will incorporate throughout the site. OR do you mean you wish a mainpage design and a secondary page design that will suffice for the rest of the site?
Are you looking for the designer to add all the text, images, etc. for the entire site. If so, do you anticpate it to be larger than the number of pages listed in the brief? Any forms, other elements, etc.?
May I also ask which of the links you gave us was more to your liking? They are so varied that I didn't get a 'feel' for what you envision for your site.
