How many pages need coding for this contest?
If its the entire website - plus a logo design, your under cutting designers/coders by alot here

Would this have been better set up as 2 separate contests... one for logo and one for web design? You may be limiting the web design entries, as many may not do logo design (apart from something basic)... and I know I fall into that category :)
