Multi page would be ok.
As an idea the landing page would have to have 4 fields
1. Residential Status
2. Loan Purpose
3. Loan Amount
4. Loan Period
All fields would be drop downs combo boxes.
Our site will never have anywhere near as much content as lowermybills though.
I'll probably submit one as well. Are you open to multi-page layouts by splitting the application into 2 pages? As a suggestion, I would look at lowermybills.com's landing page design given that they are the leading US loan advertiser they have refined the landing pages based on a significant amount of design testing over the years.
