    Dear All

I have declared the winner - Cyberton - a late entry but one that i just liked immediately and knew i could work on a little for my desired template. Clean, crisp the photo really gave it some impact. There were a number that i was leaning towards but..........Again many thanks for all the entries - Navrang - if there were a prize for volume you would have surely of won! Noboarders - in its own way was great but would have required too much work and maybe a bit 'showing' for what i needed.

Apologies for delays in responding but i travel a bit without instant access to a PC or time!

Once again i very enjoyable and enlightening experience for me - i shall be back with other projects - good luck to you all in future compeitions within sitepoint.

Many thx to all - again i have been overwhelmed by the amount of entries and hard work put in by all! I will be discussing the entries with some contacts and i think will choose a winner whom i can work with a little more to touch up the winning entry.

Once again many thanks to all

I believe splitting the prize money wouldn't work and would be impractical. Which of the designers would then be responsible for the coding?

I'd suggest that you link to a few sites you like that include the type of layout / elements you require. Even better, maybe draw up a sketch of what you want the end result to look like,l including the exact navigation that you need.

Also, you mention you want an area for 'client login', that would need some type of programming that includes password protected directories etc, and this I'm sure is not part of this contest and you will take care of that right?

If i choose certain parts from 3 different entries how do we split the prize? Should i pick the entry that is closest to what i want and then tweak/adapt from there?

I think you should pick the layouts with the parts that fits your need and bring them together.
I know it's a 'contest' but I feel that everybody is getting confused

chrisclifford, i think placement of the services tabs depends on the design, and most of the websites use the left site for services or subcategories, ans the right side for other links such as advertisment, links related to product, etc.

You asked....Can anyone give me a consensus on whether the the right or the left side is better for the panels/boxes that will list services - is anything proven ?
It is my opinion that it makes no difference but the left side I believe to be more used.
