I agree with Nadia, if you are wanting a dynamic website then even the $1,000 prize isn't enough. Servers-side programming isn't cheap...generally people charge anywhere from $50 -$90 for that type of work. So please clarify your requirements! Thanks!

You want a newly designed, plus fully dynamic, database driven CMS (coded) site for the prize on offer?? What server language does your host support? Are you looking at ASP, PHP or CF? If they are your total requirements, I believe you should be looking at much more than is on offer at the moment. The coding aspect of this (particularly if you do want it to go dynamic) would be to hold that part of the contest at the 'Looking to Hire' section of Sitepoint where you should get a decent programmer to do all the backend work for you. (personal opinion of course :-)

you say you have a word template of how would you like your site to look like. can you upload that somewhere and send a link to that, so that we can understand your needs better.
