This project REQUIRE php , it is impossible to make Database website ( with admin for uploading pictures etc.) without php or CMS software , so I can build this website for you or create template ( design and layout ) compatible with your CMS software . .

As content you can use the current site or Lorem Ipsum its mainly the struture and navigation buttons which I'm looking at

I mean by easy maintainable as in if I want to change a picture or text, I won't mess up the shape of the website and the structure will be the same. I want to get a smooth clean looking template that I can maintain and will work throught out the site.
There will be only about 10 pages with this template and I have the rest on my own CMS software.
Do you have any sample content of is the content the same as the current site?
Could you also give details about what you mean by easily maintable? Does it mean the code has to be weel formatted or do you require a CMS as well?
