nouman6, its like youre "bidding" (as bidding means: talk to CH to abandon the contest and do directly to you) the project. is this allowed in Sitepoint?

Just on equestion.
Its says that you needa coded template and it says:
"Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)"
in the brief.
So do you need it oced or just a design?

hi, I am unable to design something as quick as the deadline says, but I would love the chance to work on this.
