I'm not arguing without arguments, I'm just defending my right as a designer. plagiarism is serious shit, and I told you many times I did not copy and paste your work nor choose to copy you. I understand it's natural for a designer to feel sore when they saw a similar design and led to such conclusion. But Bili I really did not. I'll remove my comments once you do so ok?

we both know what you have done, it is obvious. i understand that you might be careless but that is your responsibility.

so, you can appology (rather than to argue without arguments) and we can remove our comments.

I'm totally cool about it, I agree it does look smilar with yours.
But by accusing me of plagiarism and said I choose to copy your work and comparing your work and mine in a public contest is not a very sweet thing to do eh? it could do serious damage to me as a designer.
I used everyone's work as a reference I do not choose to copy you. anything similar is purely concidental.I hope you understand it, please do not feel sore about it anymore.

Is the blue gradient exactly the same?
Do you use the logo for the header?
is the background image level's exactly the same?
I can show you the raw psd file u want :)

You are probably right PreCoder, but these stuff were not requirements:
1. logo filled white
2. H1 i H2 Lucida Sans + same color = exact copy
3. two separator lines
4. blue frame for broker image

There is only so many different design's you can do given the strict requirements, in one way or another they all look the same.

This is a friendly competition. I must said you did an amazing job. I read all the entry comments of what xposed said and do what he liked. I designed that from scratch,no pun intended if it looks like your design. Sorry if you think it really look like yours, but please bear in mind I DIDN'T COPY YOU OR CHOOSE TO COPY YOU. I look at every entry 's work for reference. If you look at the details it's not completely the same,it's purely coincidental.
