    Well, in that case, you're screwed. Keep the image, including your watermark, and keep an eye on any information about the business. If you know someone who lives near there and can check their recent merchandise... or their website, if applicable.

    You can't necessarily do anything legal with the information, but you could make it public and humiliate them for the fact of stealing an image, and holding a contest under false pretenses. Then what kind of reputation would they have? No one would ever make a design for them again.

    Easy way to avoid graphics scams is to include a watermark, guys.
