Do any of you have a particular printing service you can recommend that will accommodate your kind of work?

I am being educated through this process by some very friendly, thorough, and concerned artists. I sincerely appreciate the intention behind it because I am very new to this. I plan on paying for more than one design and very possibly three. This is what I've been advised to post:

cannot acceptartwork that has been developed using copyrighted stock photos and illustrations from online photo and illustration vendors unless the artistthemselves pays for the separate t-shirt licensing fee. Most artists onhere think if they pay, a company online like iStockPhoto, the one-time feefor a file, then they can use the illustrations and photos to sell on at-shirt, but they're not legally allowed to use them on t-shirt designsunder the standard purchase agreement.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR ARTWORK CREATED for the undersigned, (artist)___________________________ agrees to indemnify and save harmless (yourname and company name goes here)__________________________ ("Indemnitees")and their successors and assigns, from any claim, action, liability, loss,damage or suit, arising from the following: "Original artwork created by Artist for t-shirts for Revive Africa." In the event of any asserted claim, the Indemnitees shall provide theundersigned reasonably timely written notice of same, and thereafter theundersigned shall at its own expense defend, protect and save harmlessIndemnitees against said claim or any loss or liability thereunder. I'm sorry for being unclear. We are looking for several designs. Yours is amazing. I couldn't have dreamed up something like that. I understand what you're saying; just know whatever it is, we like it a lot.
