Thank you everyone for your submissions.

We've decided to end the contest early to save time. We've awarded #19 the winner for many reasons, but a special mention goes to #21, which we also liked very much.

    We chose #19 because,
    - it was original (perforations, weathered stain, etc.)
    - it would be a talking point, especially around the idea of the recipient being able to tear a piece on to pass to another person
    - it captured the concept of our business and the look and feel of our website

Thanks again everyone and we wish you well.

As per the star ratings, our current favourites are #11 and #9.

#11 looks more commercial, whereas #9 looks more adventurous. That's part of our preference for #9. They're both great cards, but we also love the ingenuity of #9.

At this stage we're interested to see new and completely different designs. Designs that will be a talking point. We'll be travelling the world handing these cards out, so we're looking for something to start a conversation.

Many thanks for the designs so far. Great stuff; much appreciated.

Thanks for the latest designs. We've given feedback on an individual level, so here are some summary points to guide subsequent designs.

    - our current favourite is the card at the top of #3 (we love the used look, the design ideas, the look and feel, etc.)
    - however, we're still looking for a little more detail to make the card more authentic and more of a talking point
    - #4 has a lot of detail, but the overall look and feel is a little too commercial for our brand (but great design nonetheless)
    - we like the fonts in #3 and #4 while resemble the fonts used in ticketing machines
    - we like the ideas to make unusual shapes (staying within standard business card size)

Thanks again and we look forward to updates and new designs.

    Thanks for the design Jigsaw.

To me, it looks more like a credit card than an airfare ticket. We're very much a grass roots, do-it-yourself company, so we have to be careful not to look like a luxury or money-focused entity.

    A few more detailed points:
    - I think a white background would look more like a real ticket (even if some aren't white, I think most are)
    - I think that more detail will make it look more authentic as a ticket

    Many thanks

    Hi All,

We've had two successful contests on 99Designs and plan on this being another one. We'll comment and provide feedback vigorously, but please allow for timezone differences.

If there are any questions all, please post them here.

We think this will make for an interesting project because a well-designed business card that looks like a ticket to freedom and global discover may get some press elsewhere. We'll certainly attribute the design to the winner via social media channels and elsewhere.

Also, if you're interested in Globetrooper, we'd love you to join our Facebook page at facebook.com/globetrooper (also @globetrooper on twitter).

Good luck and many thanks in advance.
