SIMA consultancy stands for Strategic Investments Mergers & Acquisitions and this acronym is also my (Chinese) name. We sell primarily accounting advice, due diligence and valuation services for companies in the US, but primarily in Silicon Valley for IPO and pre-IPO companies. We focus on companies that enter in to acquisitions and strategic collaborations. We differentiate from other accounting firms because of highly technical accounting skills packaged in a young, dynamic but most important a likable team. Btw, I am a woman in a man's world. So female touch is important.
