Brief Overview

We are a technology consulting company providing complete technology guidance, recommendations, implementation and support to small and medium sized clients.

We provide technology services such as
- Computer system design, installation and support
- Private cloud, data center hosting as well as all server management services
- Voip telephone service
- Network installation, cabling, support

Basically anything a small to medium sized business could need regarding technology assistance

We provide fortune 500 consultancy and support on a small business budget and want to portray a strong, reliable and professional image when presenting our services to clients in both Presentation (PowerPoint) as well as Proposal (Word) formats

Target Audience

We are trying to reach Business owners, C-Level managers, and decision makers for both existing clients and new prspective clients in the small to medium sized business markets.

Requirements

We need to have professional looking and graphically pleasing presentation templates (developed in Microsoft PowerPoint) as well as a Proposal template (developed in Microsoft Word). We are trying to create a mage of professionalism, strength, reliability and thoroughness.

PowerPoint and Word templates should have:
- Overall format that will match our currently new Stationary design
- Master cover sheet that includes a graphic that show professionalism, strength, reliability and thoroughness. and must have Address, phone, fax and WEB site.
- Secondary sheet that allow for entry of data, but will graphically match our current stationary design
- Must have logo and matching colors
- Must be developed in PowerPoint and Word or be able to be easily transitioned into PowerPoint o Word
- Must have our tag line (We Make “IT” Easy)

Both document templates must be able to be easily edited
All Documents should be 8.5" by 11"
