    We have had a report from a designer regarding your contest http://99designs.com/contests/15307. They claim that they have not as yet been paid the prize for winning your contest.

    Can you please email back to us at support asap and let us know when you will be paying them or if there is a problem with the payment?

    We also notice that you are using the design (that was not declared the winner) on the your website http://www.capsiscapital.com/ without the designer's permission. We would like you to be aware that you do not own the copyright of that design until you have paid the designer in full - otherwise you are breaching their copyright.

    The designer would be within their rights to post a DMCA to your site.

    If we do not hear back within 72 hours we will have to reconsider your site membership.

    That link contained the logo. I don't know who designed it. It was one of the logos submitted in the Capsis logo contest. From your PM it is clear that you liked that logo and told me to include that logo in my stationary kit. So I redrawn that logo and applied it to my stationary kit. I thought you paid for the designer who designed that logo. You must pay that designer ( just for the logo). Otherwise you have no authority to use it.

    Please take appropriate actions.

    We very cautious when submitting designs for the contest bu this CH. Business practices are not ethical and this CH is only looking to SAVE dollar. I am requesting all designers to AVOID submitting entries to any of this CH's future projects on several freelance/contest sites.
