Okay I'm having trouble rating from my iPhone so here are my comments. I'll be more thorough tomorrow when I get back in town and to my computer.

Design #1 - I love the way you incorporated the hearts but it's a bit too "busy"

Designs 4 and 5 - beautiful. I love the way you incorporated the theme from my blog and the way the card looks almost illuminated.
