Design brief

Brief Overview

We are a new health plan serving very frail elderly people in New York but who come from many counties (the US, Latin American countries, Russia, China, Haiti, etc). Our goal is to make our patients feel better and have more rewarding lives.
99designs has created our logo, our website and our brochure. Our staff desperately need business cards to match.

Brand Name

ElderServe Health, Inc.

Target Audience

Directors of Housing for Seniors, social services agencies, hospital discharge planners, religious leaders, frail elderly people and their adult children.

Requirements

Use our logo, make it possible to have business cards in just English, but to also have some people's cards be in two languages, e.g. English and Chinese (we are thinking one side English, one side Chinese) or some other way to have two languages on the same card. The print should be clear and easily legible for our target audiences, and if such a thing is possible, should convey caring and quality.
