Description

We're seeking an original design of letterhead, Size 10 envelopes and business cards for a land for sale real estate search site - LANDFLIP.com. The design should incorporate our logo, which can be viewed at our Web site: www.landflip.com. I can email the font (Metromedium 2) and logo as EPS or AI file upon request.  We need the items designed to accompany our current brand.

Wants
  • Color scheme that complements the logo colors
  • Prefer 2 color, but will consider 3rd orange color
  • Design that is professional but bold and catches the eye
  • Use of back and front of business card is fine for its design
  • Please provide final design in InDesign CS3 if possible.
Don't Wants
  • No additional imagery other than placement of the logo, its elements, and text
  • If using the waves, avoid altering from the style that is on the site
