thank you agent gus, i like blind contest since i joined 99 designs
I'm making the contest blind to promote more creativity and originality. I like the designs, but I don't love them. I still am looking for that special winner that makes people really remember my signs and think to themselves, "that's a nice for sale sign" that guy must be successful... ;) Also, I will soon be guaranteeing this contest...as I think I see a potential winner out there.

I made a slight change to the disclaimer part of my initial design brief, please include:
-a very small disclaimer somewhere saying: (Brokerage Independently Owned and Operated)
