We are a world-class MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Gym located near Minneapolis/St. Paul MN. We train men, women, & children of all backgrounds for many different reasons including, professional competition, fitness, and self-defense.
Additionally, our head instructor (Greg Nelson) is in high-demand world wide for custom MMA seminars/workshops, military & law enforcement consulting/training. And- he is one of the few well know coaches & corner-man to the UFC's top stars.
