I left a long legal/corporate career to do something that I felt passionate about - preventing childhood obesity. I went back to school to get my masters in nutrition at Columbia Univ in NYC and passed my RD exam. I started a non-profit to help parents of 2- to 5-year old children parent and feed their children in ways that encourage healthy weights and disease prevention in their children. I piloted the program in Long Beach, CA and am ready to expand on the East Coast where I reside.
