    He's going to require model release perhaps (depends on the content, but I'm thinking where it's commercial and not about Obama himself you're asking for trouble).

    You can get public domain or copyright-free photos of Obama off the government website for editorial use, they've uploaded some here, and you can search around for others: http://www.loc.gov/blog/

    you are going to require Government release agreements for Barracks photos....you may wish to reconsider this
