Wow, did you actually try to read the text of (#17)? The red-black background and the white letters are just showing an awful pulsation, while reading. Moreover, the colours are more like for a midnight disco club, than for a cause like this.
I really don't know what to say, but if I had the chance to evaluate this contest, I would vote "very poor". We're staying here 6 days with no feedback or ratings, and now the LAST submission with 5 stars which would be probably chosen is more than unappropriate.
Good luck with the cause, at least it is a way too serious than your attitude.
