Brief Overview

we have a storage facility about 10 miles from downtown ft worth tx.

Target Audience

apartment tenants, homeoweners and renters that need to store virtually anything, commercial and insustrial tenants with equipment, trucks, trailers, etc, also boat and rv storage and those needing storage with access to electrical service

Requirements

prints full color, with bleeds. I will upload text in a word document, use as you see fit, split it up, use on the panels as most appropriate. the list of reasons to rent are more or less ranked in order of importance. I will also upload soem jpg's, use as you see fit as many or as few as you want. No prefernce on colors, though our buuldings are general tan and orange, or tan and medium green, but we are not passionate about colors. we dotn currently have a logo for our business, feel free to incorporate one or not. We are a small locally owned friendly business, nothing fancy about us. Please let me know what other materials would help you. Its likely best to put our name, address and phone numbers on the front, along with the reasons to rent. the rest of the material is throughout the other panels. it is not a self mailer. A design component that prominently alerts the reader to ask about our current move in special could be helpful. We do want the map, and schedule of sizes with prices. Pictures of our facility are likely the lowest priority, most people know what these types of businesses look like. we will want raw art files, as well as art we can print on our in house duplex printers. After seeing the first few entries, I have uploaded a new content docuemnt with reduced text, and also beleive it may be better to make the pices 8.5 x 11 as a trifold, with 6 panels.
