Brief Overview

Alta Contractors is experienced in all areas of construction and development yet small enough to provide that personal touch. Commercial properties looking for improvements, new construction, additions. Retail chains and medical facilities are our specialty.

Requirements

We are looking to take our existing brochure to the next level. I've attached our current document so that you can easily use the content. The pages are broken out the way we want them with the content we need. We are trying to put forward a very clean, professional image and feel that this current brochure just does not convey. We're open to creative expression so feel free to play with the layout within the pages, color schemes, etc. There are two pages that we will be changing frequently to tailor them to our clients: Portfolio and Management team. Please do what you can to keep these easily editable by us. We will be very quick to leave feedback to try to steer everyone in the right direction. * Horizontal orientation * Account for spiral binding at the top * 10 inches wide x 7-1/2 inches tall * Utilize logo and imagery within the current brochure * Our logo color will actually be: C: 100 M: 98 Y: 5 K: 6 - we are in the process of obtaining the original to modify it. We would like to work with colors that complement the logo well. This is our first print contest, so if you feel we're missing anything, please let us know and we will jump on it!
