We have contacted the winner privately and should be declaring that winner publicly very soon. We are only in delay while the contract details for copyright varification is being worked out. Thank you to everyone who participated.

I understand finding photos that satisfy a price range, project, and your idea, can be very, very difficult. I encourage you to take photos of your own and use your talents to turn them into photos that may look like they came out of the 1950's.

The kind of photos you're asking us for are expensive licensed photos, BTW. Most of those cool vintage photos aren't found on the stock sites we can afford (found the perfect one for what you're asking for on a site that has a large collection of those kinds of stock photos, but the license for it is $1,200...sorry, but the prize fee won't cover that). I think you're going to have to make do with what we do find/what we can make of what's there at iStock and StockExchange.

It may help to look at some of the absolute vodka ads, because a lot of them have visual puns and/or morphing in them.
