    I agree on the InDesign, but that would require my having proficiency in the software program which I do not have time to devote to learning.

    If you want a killer design, the newsletter should be designed in InDesign or Quarkxpress. Word is not a design program, it is a word processing program. Just some advice.

    By using word for your new letter do you mean Publisher? If I were you I would use InDesign or QuarkXPress to make a newletter, if you want it to look great.
