So far #21 and #22 are my favourates.
Please make the outside border thinner (particularly at the bottom).

Also replace www.grantsolutions.com.au with GrantSolutions.com.au

Also remove the long and thin INSIDE border around the white space.
Move headings in the left column around 1cm to the right so they line up

Please make the headlines a single colour. eg (green)

By headlines i mean "background", "key drivers", application size, etc.

I was wrong previously, the red square box in design 16 was very good. Please bring it back.

Please remove the GS logo completly as it's not needed.

So far i like design number 16 the best -- it's finally looking like what I want.
It just needs to be more refined and look more professional

Make the GS logo smaller - it's less important.
Have the heading "Frankston ..." and the subheading "52..." centered

Change the colour of the "Grant Won..." as red is too strong. Also you may want to have different shapes rather than just a squire

The background border can be a bit thinner... and the colour needs to be more attractive. Have a look at the sample brochure provided for the background colour used there.

Also please make sure the border is symmetrical as it seems to be larger on the right hand side

I like the inclusion of of Melbourne | Sydney, etc at the bottom

Maybe provide a few variations and then I can provide more feedback

I like having a white background behind the text as design # 10 & 12
I also like having the name of the practice at the top

The "Grant Solutions" logo should be quite small as it's not that relevant

Having different colours is also good but just not too many

so far I like 10, 11 and 12 as the best designs - however there is still a lot of improvement that need to be made

Please remember that the brochure needs to look both attractive and professional.

Don't worry about having a big "Grant Solutions" sign at the top - only the logo is required.

Remember that this is a template - which will be applied to 10 different practices. In other words, it will be a booklet with 1 page dedicated for each practice
