I think this is what happened:

Obviously the person who did the website, took that design (if it's not same designer) as the design is on high res, and cropped to make the web banner.
How did I realized this? Check out on the banner where it says "Autor" its on caps, so it means that they took it from the design and paste it on the banner. If not its just the same designer that didn't even fix that word. Other thing I can say comparing, is that the clouds above are not the same.
Anyways, if this is the winner, this is a totally scam.
