I am a Realtor in downtown Toronto, and I help people find the home or condo of their dreams.

I would like an 8.5 by 11 double sided brochure/newsletter that will incorporate my logo and not look like a standard publisher template with text and images of the property thrown into it.

I will be using the brochure to introduce myself to residents in condo towers and in communities so I will need to be able to adapt the text to make it site or area specific.

Brochures should include an area for information about the target market area or condo tower, there should be an area for a blurb about myself including a photo..attached

Target audience is existing condo owners or renters looking to purchase..

I would like to stick with the colours of my logo and somehow incorporate the puzzle piece into the overall esthetic, maybe as a watermark?

I will also have to have an area at the bottom of each page that includes the name and address of my brokerage thats on my business card and a disclaimer.

I have attached the logo and look forward to your questions
