Dear Designers,

You see that we have selected a winner. While the committee gave many compliments to each design for different reasons, the winner was selected for these reasons: 1) our students travel overseas each year and the airmail strip and stamps from those countries accentuate this nicely 2) the travel theme reiterates the fact that all of the proceeds will benefit student study tours 3)the tea theme was also highlighted nicely and the appropriate tea tools were pleasing to the language teachers 4) all the cultures were represented equally/ none was particularly dominant. 5) The three birds were seen to represent the three distinct culture of our school.

If you'd like any more feedback on what people had to say about yours, I'll be happy to tell you. I hope you will all use your lovely designs in your portfolio and perhaps at another time -maybe even for another CGS event in the future ;)

Good morning, designers. You do not need to modify your designs anymore as we have plenty to work with here. Our committee of party planners, plus the school principal, will take a vote on these final works later this afternoon, and select the winner. At that point, we may request a tiny bit of tweaking on wording. Thank you very much for your patience.

I want to say in advance that I will be particularly disappointed for those who do not win, as all of these designs are truly remarkable, and I have very much looked forward to your creativity each day. I found your work inspiring!

We are currently deciding who to take to the final round. Really, you have all done such a fantastic job. I'm sorry that we must narrow down, but please know how much we have admired the details of your invitations and been in awe over the creativity. Thank you very much to all designers.

Hi Excellent Artists!

As for size, I'm not married to any particular size. I think A5 or A4 would be nice/ pretty standard. Also, I have a pretty sample of a trifold invitation here on my bulletin board, which could be cool. Whatever your artistic sense tells you, will probably be right with your individual designs.
