A postcard for homeowners around a nice neighbor hood. I want to emphasize on "refinancing" and "consolidating debt" as well as mention a few other key mortgage solutions I offer. Card must be 5.5x8.5

I want my name and website address very legible for the readers to be able to visit my site or call me. I am promoting myself rather than the company.

Here is some information I would like posted on the card:

I do not have a logo, there fore anyone who is able to create one to put on the postcard would definitely be a finalist. I am looking for a real estate/mortgage theme'd post card, with pictures of houses, a couple standing next to a house, type of picture.
